Curtain Wall

Curtain wall is

a general term for a non-bearing wall that does not bear the load of a building. It is usually a curtain wall or a hanging wall made of metal, glass, stone or panel. Features of curtain walls include duration reduction, lightweight, simplification of construction work and high performance, as well as basic functions as a wall to block rain, wind, noise and heat from outside. In recent years, a variety of materials and methods have been developed to become an external architectural element essential for high-rise construction.

Unit Systems

Components of curtain walls are preassembled at the factory prior to on-site installation. This product pursues quick installation and perfect quality.

  • The application of KCC's double drainage system (patented technology) provides perfect watertight performance.
  • Installation at diverse elevations such as CAP, 2-SSG and 4-SSG types is possible.
  • The application of special anchor system (LEVELING) makes it easy to cope with interlayer displacement and framing error.

Stick System

This product carries in and installs curtain wall components on the site in a knock-down form. It is suitable for low-rise buildings of various designs.

  • It is possible to change the color of interior and exterior frames and various elevations such as CAP, 2-SSG and 4-SSG.
  • With the application of wide polyamide and EPDM sponge, energy efficiency has been maximized.

Aluminum System Windows

L/S (LIFT SLIDING)

The special hardware operation of the lift function allows the window to be lifted above the rails to open, making it possible to easily open and close large windows of high load.

T/T (TILT & TURN)

This European-style window features both the tilt function that scientifically ventilates the hazy air with the upper part of the window inclining by 10-15º when open and the turn function for quick ventilation and exit.

SYSTEM DOOR (WITH SILL/NO SILL)

The use of hinges for high loads minimizes slag after repeated opening/closing. The use of multi-point locking device provides excellent anti-theft and airtightness performance, and the use of an insulation frame saves energy and allows varying colors to be applied on the exterior and interior.
