ESG Management of the Supply Chain

We plan to spread the ESG management to our suppliers having signed a win-win growth agreement in the entire supply chains.

Lately, numerous environment, safety, and human rights issues have been caused by the suppliers, so the need to manage the ESG on the supply chain has increased.
The European Commission (EC) provided the “Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDDD)” to reinforce the human rights and environmental protection within the supply chain of enterprises and is expanding the ESG supply chain management and inspection on global companies.

We consider suppliers as our partner and make the efforts to build a sustainable supply chain. We guide our suppliers to observe the Code of Conduct and operate the ESG evaluation process to manage the risks occurring in the supply chain. By doing so, we plan to recommend improvements for those at high risk. For those showing an outstanding performance in ESG, we offer incentives to strengthen the sustainable supply chain management system.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We have established and observed the Supplier Code of Conduct in 2022
to build a sustainable supply chain. The Supplier Code of Conduct includes
the contents including labor and human rights, safety and health, the environment,
and ethics, which the suppliers shall comply with while making them thoroughly
follow the laws and regulations applied to their management activities.
