Consumers do not need to worry about volaTiles substances as powder coatings do not contain any volaTiles solvents or diluents such as water. As a result, there is no risk of poisoning caused by solvents or fire, and environmental concerns, including air and water pollution, are minimized.

Once the film is fabricated, it does not crease or drip. Also, excellent workability is guaranteed as viscosity adjustment is not required.
Powder coatings are applied by spraying the powder, which instantly forms a film when adhered to the sprayed surface, making thick application possible without coating several times. Any remaining powder that did not attach to the sprayed surface can be collected for reuse, hence its economic feasibility is very high.

Powder coatings prevent corrosion, while their special functions allow addition of various patterns and a broad spectrum of applications including electric insulation.
